I traveled from the U.S. to Bagno Vignoni for my friend's wedding. The staff was very friendly and provided information in both Italian and English, which was extremely helpful. The resort & surrounding area was picturesque, and the rooms had air conditioning that made all the difference in the high temperatures. One of the best parts about staying here was the breakfast - sitting alongside the pool/bath and tasting assorted Tuscan breakfast food. I'd be very happy to journey back to Bagno Vignoni and stay here again. Cheers!

It was great to discover all the amenities available to us after a tiering days walking. We arrived soaking wet but welcomed and made to feel at home. A very pleasant experience.

Enjoyed this charming hotel with its unique hot springs and well appointed spacious rooms. I was on an organized bike trip with Backroads and this was one of the hotels they had selected.

Had an amazing four nights stay at Le Terme, while on a Backroads Bike trip in Tuscany. The spa was the ideal place to recharge after a long day of biking. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The setting and surroundings are beautiful. Good for walking and relaxing, I did not get to use the Spa or massage but heard it was very good. My unhappiness with my visit stems from several instances where the staff were quite rude. I do not know if this is an anti English thing or just the way they are but I was quite shocked at the way I was spoken to and had I not been with others would have raised a serious complaint with management. On several occasions one of the waiters in the main restaurent thats open but under a canopy was extremely rude at the way he spoke to me. The other instance was one of the ladies serving ice cream. I was charged 4E for 3 scoops but she gave me less than one scoop whereas an Italian lady in front of me paid the same and was given 3 x the amount I was. I asked her why the difference and she was really quite abrupt and said this is the standard size. In the same bar we were charged 46E for 2 drinks. Again no smile or nicety from barman. Maids in rooms were absolutely lovely as was one of the receptionist, unfortunately another one was extremely rude. Breakfasat was understaffed and just OK. One of the waitresses was lovely and smiled when givinging us tea/coffee.
